Meditation is a quite simple method and technique that helps in clearing your mind. The most effective way to do it is to enhance the work of your senses. You can play meditational or relaxing music with headphones or without headphones.

You will always know what to do with your life in order to make it more interesting and successful and that what living in your creativity is to learn eventually so that you can match up with the visualization of the environment.
